      <image:caption>Nina is a senior Clinical Psychologist having consulted in clinical practice for over 25 years and is the Director and Principal Psychologist at NC &amp; Associates. She is also registered internationally as a Counselling and Educational Psychologist. She has experience with a broad range of psychological presentations, applying evidence-based strategies to clients with depressive and anxiety disorders, phobias, loss and grief, obsessive-compulsive disorders, chronic health conditions and chronic pain. Nina has consulted to a number of psychiatric hospitals over this period, in South Africa and in Australia. She has provided psychological services within major corporations, universities and faith-based organisations. Nina offered assessment to prospective candidates of bariatric surgery. She has also engaged in international clinical trials offering psychological assessment to candidates engaging in pharmaceutical studies. In addition, Nina has worked with emergency services, police and special forces, locally and internationally. Nina is passionate about working with young adults experiencing the impact of developmental trauma as they navigate milestones of adulthood, in their significant relationships, their work life, and their parenting. Nina also loves working with people in highly stressful roles, be they entrepreneurs, professionals, or first responders. Nina offers consultation to Private and Medicare clients, NDIS, Work Cover and 3rd Party and is registered with AHPRA the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Association of Psychologists. Nina is also a board-accredited supervisor with AHPRA.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Dr Theresa Lenta is a highly-skilled Psychologist who enjoys working with teenagers and adults, couples and families using a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring the approach to the client and their therapeutic needs. Such approaches include but are not limited to a range of therapeutic approaches, including short-term dynamic, narrative, existential, attachment-based, solution-focused, interpersonal, family-systems and emotion-focused therapy. Before training as a Psychologist, Theresa earned a Master’s degree in Education with specialisation in Special Needs Education. Theresa worked both in mainstream and special needs education at pre-primary, primary and tertiary levels education as a teacher in the U.K. and South Africa. As such, she has extensive experience with a cognitively and emotionally diverse range of presentations, such as Autism, intellectual impairment, and disability and she is able to provide support and intervention with parents, teens and adults. In addition to this, Theresa has Masters and PhD degrees and post-doctoral studies in Psychology and has worked as a Psychologist in special education and in private practice. Theresa is passionate about working with attachment issues, relationship and family issues (parenting support and behaviour concerns), special needs, self-esteem, grief and loss, and anxiety and depression.       <image:caption>Sharon is a senior Psychologist with over a decade of experience in a broad range of settings, including private practice, EAP, a physical rehabilitation hospital, and the not-for-profit sector. Sharon has worked effectively with a diverse range of clients and presentations including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, adjustment difficulties, trauma, identity problems, emotion dysregulation, stress, grief, relationship problems, and personal development. Sharon’s work emphasises the therapeutic relationship as the core component that facilitates change. This person-centred approach is augmented with the integrated application of a variety of psychological approaches including attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Sharon is also a Board accredited Psychology Supervisor and has presented training and workshops to trainee Psychologists. She has provided lecturing to students at university level, and offered interventions to clients in a hospital setting and organisational settings.  In addition to holding registration to AHPRA she is also a full member of Australian Psychological Society.  Sharon views her clients as the experts of their own lives and uses her clinical skills to come alongside clients to develop a joint understanding and way to navigate through those parts or experiences that interfere with a meaningful life. Sharon has a deep respect for the spiritual components of people's lives and integrates this into the evidence-based approaches she utilises to support her clients to move towards a life that they value.</image:caption>
